Refund policy
We take great pride in the quality of every print we send out. Because all of our products are made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Change of mind As each print is custom-produced just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review product sizes and descriptions carefully before ordering.
Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at kiaora@pepiamio.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will assess your claim and, where the fault lies with production or shipping, we will offer a reprint or refund at no cost to you.
Lost orders If your order appears lost in transit, please reach out to us and we'll investigate with our printing partner. If your order is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong address We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct before placing your order.
