Shipping policy
At Pēpi Amio, every print is made to order and produced with care. Here's what to expect once you place your order.
How we fulfil orders: We don't ship our prints ourselves as we partner with a trusted print production specialist to bring each piece to life and deliver it safely to your door. We trust that every order is handled with care from the moment it's printed to the moment it arrives with you. By using local printing hubs this also means your order is printed as close to you as possible which aims to keep delivery times fast and our footprint small.
Production time: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be printed and prepared before it is shipped.
Estimated delivery times
- New Zealand: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Australia: 4–8 business days after dispatch
These are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Important Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipment.
